1. Boho Luxe Jewelry - Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores! Buyers for the store travel the globe looking for unique and limited finds. As a HUGE fan of interesting jewelry, these two top my list:
2. Updated Wing Back Chairs - Constellation Chair from Spruce Home (Austin, TX). Available at Etsy.
3. Decorative Plates - Interior Designer John Loecke knows a thing or two about one of my favorite decorating tricks--using decorative plates as wall art. Typically a more traditional form of decor, the look can be modernized by using porcelain and melamine plates or finding ones with a more contemporary print. I use the plates collected from my travels and my Grandmother's Antique Shop.
4. Jo Malone Luxury Candles - Jo Malone Luxury Candles from London combine some of the most delectible fragrances--try Pomegranate Noir.
5. Zebra Rugs - Yup, I still love the zebra rug. It's a designer staple. Most are cowhides dyed to resemble the Zebra print. I don't think I have the heart to get a real one with the mane and tail attached. Try this one from Plantation--very luxurious and goes with everything.
6. Framed Vintage Floral Paintings - I love vintage floral paintings with gold gilded frames. You can only find em if you hunt for 'em. Best to look in vintage shops, thrift stores and flea markets.
7. Skirts in Kitchens--I love skirting undercabinets in kitchens. It's chic yet laid back and is paired nicely with open shelving displaying favored china and cooking tools. I will do this for sure in my next home.
8. Tufted Anything-- I'm loving this sofa from Jonathan Adler right now. The tufting and bolsters give it just the right amount of glamour and grey, being one of my favorite colors, is the perfect neutral for a most of the poppy colors I love.
10. Man Shops Globe -- Sundance Channel's new show "Man Shops Globe" takes a look at Keith Johnson, as he travels the world buying small quantities of product for boho-chain Antrhopologie. The show appeals instantly to me as a flea market and antique aficionado, yet I'd love to know what he pays for his finds. When he does buy, he'll do so in small quantities, making me wonder if they knock off their selections. You can watch snippets of the show here online.
